The four townhouses on Kensington High Street have been completely rebuilt behind retained facades. This allowed for the installation of an additional storey of accommodation with no external manifestation to the high street and much improved internal organisation and quality of construction.
A carefully phased development required the completion of the twenty three ‘pocket living’ studios in advance of the rest of the project. At ground floor and basement, one retail unit was refurbished while the other three existing tenants remained in-situ during the construction works. The completed scheme also provides nine large apartments alongside the smaller studios.
In Courtfield Gardens, four large individual family-sized apartments are provided to the market.
