Proposals for the complex included:
The Main House: Internal alterations and a new extension to the rear to provide a dining room with open views towards the re-landscaped courtyard and the converted stables.
The Courtyard: New landscaping to provide an external ‘living room’ with concealed roof lights to a basement below.
A New Basement: Located under the courtyard and providing an internal link between the main house and the converted stable buildings. The basement also accommodates a swimming pool, spa, sauna, cinema and sitting area.
The Stables (in themselves Grade II listed): Will be converted to provide staff and guest accommodation, an indoor pool, squash court, and a garage.
