The farmhouse provides primary living accommodation and is connected to the rest of the converted farmstead via a structural glass link. Other outbuildings include an exposed concrete kitchen pavilion, a red brick living area and black timber clad gym building.
The new connecting structures have been carefully considered in terms of design, materiality and detailing to create a single residence without compromising the integrity of the existing historic fabric.
Externally, the landscaping has been designed to weave through the site and create tranquil courtyard spaces where once there were agricultural yards.
