The stairwell is a focal element, with delicate curved polished plaster wall and bespoke balusters, a modern interpretation of the decorative cast iron Art-Deco balusters popular during 1930s Europe and Britain.
The property has been sensitively renovated in order to enhance and reinstate the qualities of the Listed building. Rodić Davidson, acting as Lead Consultant, Design Architect, and Listed Building Architects, secured Planning and Listed Building Consent and also managed the wider professional team, co-ordinating the License for Alterations, Party Wall Awards and other necessary consents.
